As a Data Management Analyst (Client 360) within Party Reference Data Operations, you execute daily validation and remediation activities to improve Client 360 data quality across business lines and locations. You validate Sponsor–Portfolio Company ownership, remediate hierarchy defects, and correct cross-references to ensure accurate client/entity linkages. You manage exceptions and business challenges end-to-end, applying standard rules, escalating edge cases, and driving process improvements that increase dashboard throughput.

Job Responsibilities

  • Validate Sponsor-to-Portfolio Company ownership relationships using internal and external sources and remediate exceptions through closure.
  • Confirm correct hierarchy placement (ultimate parent, immediate parent, subsidiary) to support accurate rollups and reporting.
  • Identify relationship conflicts (duplicate parents, circular relationships, inconsistent attributes) and resolve them using standard remediation rules.
  • Remediate hierarchy defects including missing/incorrect parents, orphan entities, and outdated relationships following corporate actions.
  • Apply runbook-driven rules, escalate edge cases, and document outcomes to ensure controlled and authorized data actions.
  • Own intake, triage, investigation, and response for business queries and challenges via C360 mailboxes and Aurora tracking.
  • Resolve identifier mapping issues (missing, duplicate, stale, incorrect IDs) and improve recurring defect themes through operational playbooks and data analysis tools.


Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • University graduate with 5+ years in data operations, data management, or data quality roles with queue-based execution and SLAs
  • Understanding of entity data concepts including legal entities, parent/subsidiary hierarchies, and ownership/control relationships
  • Strong attention to detail, structured problem-solving, and ability to reconcile conflicting information from multiple sources
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with strong written and spoken English communication skills


Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • Experience supporting Client/Entity reference data within financial services, including onboarding/KYC, risk, and regulatory/reporting processes
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis and workflow tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and DOC A.I.
  • Demonstrated ability to track defect trends, build standard playbooks, and implement stronger upstream validation controls
  • Change and automation mindset with experience improving cycle time, throughput, and operational controls in a production environment
