As a Lead Technical Program Manager within Corporate and Investment Banking at JPMorgan Chase, you will orchestrate Markets Group India–specific firmwide deliverables, ensuring clear ownership, end-to-end tracking, and timely, high-quality execution. You will combine Business Management / COO-office governance with portfolio governance for Markets Tech India, partnering closely with functionally aligned Markets Tech roles. You will establish a predictable governance cadence across deliverables, executive updates, and portfolio forums, maintaining clear documentation of decisions, action items, and accountabilities. You will proactively identify gaps, bottlenecks, and unclear ownership, promoting closure through structured action plans and escalation where appropriate.

Job Responsibilities

  • Owns and coordinate Markets Group India-specific firmwide deliverables, ensuring end-to-end tracking, deadlines, quality checks, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Drives governance for building/seating management, including planning, approvals, and coordinated execution with relevant partners.
  • Manages governance related to nominations and other GCC activities, ensuring process adherence, documentation, and timely submissions.
  • Produces and maintain centralized executive updates for Markets Tech India, consolidating inputs across stakeholders and ensuring consistent narrative, risks, and asks.
  • Coordinates and deliver events-related planning and execution items in partnership with aligned Markets Tech BM/COO roles.
  • Facilitates leadership team meetings and offsites, including agenda setting, pre-reads, actions/decisions capture, and follow-through.
  • Supports talent enablement activities as needed (planning, coordination, tracking of actions and milestones).

    Drives executive preparation and materials, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistently formatted content for senior forums.

  • Participates in and help run Portfolio Governance processes for Markets Tech India (intake, prioritization, status, dependencies).

    Partners in dashboarding discussions to promote alignment with the global BM lead and connectivity with DPS dashboarding initiatives.

  • Supports development of a consistent operating view across portfolio health, milestones, delivery risks, resourcing themes, and remediation actions.
  • Establishes a predictable governance cadence for deliverables, executive updates, and portfolio governance forums.
  • Identifies gaps, bottlenecks, and unclear ownership; drive closure through structured action plans and escalation where needed.

    Maintains clear documentation of decisions, action items, and accountability across governance touchpoints.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 8+ years’ experience in product/project/program management, working with engineering or highly technical teams.
  • VP-level experience in Business Management / COO / Governance and/or Portfolio/Program Governance within Technology or Markets-aligned organizations.
  • Strong operating rigor: ability to run governance, track deliverables, and drive actions to closure.
  • Excellent executive communication skills: concise status reporting, narrative building, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage ambiguous, cross-cutting deliverables.
  • Strong facilitation skills for governance forums and senior stakeholder discussions.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience supporting Markets Technology organizations (or similarly complex technology portfolios).
  • Experience with portfolio dashboarding / metrics-driven governance and aligning local reporting to global standards.
