Join our team as the Finance Lead for transport India, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting the India transport function as a finance partner in business-as-usual (BAU), leadership reviews, and tech-driven projects across Finance, Controls, Resiliency, and Business Management.

As a Finance Lead within the Chief Administrative Office, you will partner with leadership, operations, tech teams, and vendor partners to deliver robust financial processes, drive continuous improvement, and support audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead annual budget preparation, PO creation and monitoring, contract reviews, and documentation for leadership, ensuring accuracy and completeness across all finance activities.
  • Manage monthly cost tracking, accruals, reclasses, SAPCO allocations, spend outlook, and GLRS certification, maintaining high standards for review and BAU processes.
  • Oversee billing rule approvals, invoice approvals, and finance controls, finalizing monthly review documents and supporting vendor meetings and CAO reviews.
  • Conduct adhoc analysis and thematic reviews for leadership, providing actionable insights and supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate on tech projects, participating in brainstorming sessions and discussions with operations, tech teams, and vendor partners, and supporting leadership reviews and CAO review documentation.
  • Partner with CAO controls for internal and TCOE audits, control reviews, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with firm and regulatory standards.
  • Lead resiliency reviews, updates, and testing, maintaining readiness and consistency with global frameworks.
  • Support business management activities, including seats planning and gathering inputs for One CAO Agenda and BLLT.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, operations, or business management.
  • Proven ability to independently prioritize work, manage surge periods, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, reconcile, and interpret data, identify variances and risks, and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Ability to partner with other finance teams locally & globally & local transport operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP; experience with PO management and contract reviews.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to produce clear analyses and executive-ready materials.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience with audit, controls, and risk assessment processes.
  • Familiarity with SAPCO allocations, GLRS certification, and vendor management.
  • Hands-on experience with data automation tools or AI applications is a plus.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a highly controlled, regulated environment with senior stakeholders.
