Deliver accurate, timely ISA and investment account transfers that protect customers, meet SLAs, and elevate the Personal Investing experience.
As a Transfers Analyst within JPMorganChase Personal Investing – ISA Team, you will administer ISA, LISA, JISA and GIA transfers in and out of the bank with precision and pace using the Equisoft platform. You will process withdrawals, complete verification and reconciliations, and partner closely with Client Services and Sales to resolve issues and deliver an excellent customer outcome. You will also contribute to continuous process improvement while taking ownership of your development and performance against operational controls and service standards.
Job Responsibilities :
- Process ISA (including cash and asset) transfers in and out using the Equisoft platform.
- Execute withdrawals processing and ensure timely banking in line with procedures and SLAs.
- Perform verification, quality checks, and reconciliations to maintain data integrity and control standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues efficiently, often under time pressure.
- Monitor workflow tracking, queue management, and task prioritization in partnership with team leads.
- Identify breaks, exceptions, or delays and escalate appropriately with clear, audit-ready documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement by updating procedures, reducing handoffs, and improving turnaround times and customer experience.
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities :
- Experience processing cash and asset ISA transfers, including use of the Equisoft platform
- Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise a high-volume workload
- Ability to work in the office on a full-time basis
Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of ISAs and other investment products (e.g., LISA, JISA, GIA)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across internal partners and vendors
- Experience in client-facing roles or customer service environments
