Bring your expertise to a role that plays a central part in supporting strong governance and compliance outcomes. As a Line of Business Compliance Senior Associate, you will work closely with Compliance leadership, control functions, and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver high‑quality reporting, analytical insights, and coordination of key regulatory and business initiatives.

This role offers the opportunity to partner across functions, contribute to strategic priorities, and enhance operational effectiveness within a dynamic regulatory environment, while supporting informed decision‑making at senior leadership level.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely, high‑quality presentations and reporting to senior management, compliance leadership, executive committees, and regulatory bodies
  • Own the end‑to‑end preparation of management information, including analysis, data validation, synthesis, and stakeholder coordination
  • Use AI tools and automation to streamline reporting processes, enhance data analysis, and improve operational efficiency
  • Partner with compliance teams, business units, control functions, technology, and operations to support regulatory remediation and compliance initiatives
  • Monitor and track compliance action plans, regulatory commitments, and key deliverables, escalating risks and issues as needed
  • Develop and maintain procedures, process documentation, and training materials supporting governance and control frameworks
  • Represent the Line of Business Compliance team in cross‑functional working groups and initiatives
  • Analyze compliance metrics, trends, and emerging risks to support proactive risk identification and management
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for governance forums, including committees, working groups, and regulatory interactions
  • Support ad‑hoc projects and initiatives in a flexible and adaptable manner
  • Collaborate with regional and global compliance teams to share best practices and drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Proven experience using AI tools and process automation to improve efficiency, analytics, and data visualization
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel (complex formulas, data manipulation, and analysis) and PowerPoint for executive‑level reporting
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to deliver accurate, high‑quality work under tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for senior stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills in a fast‑paced environment
  • Self‑motivated, proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of deliverables end‑to‑end
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with a solutions‑focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience within financial services, particularly in compliance, risk management, business management, or control functions
  • Previous experience supporting senior leadership in a business or project management capacity
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
  • Experience with data visualization or business intelligence tools
  • Ability to build effective partnerships and influence stakeholders across all levels
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification
