Role Overview:

As a Vice President – Product Delivery Manager, you will drive the definition and delivery of the strategic roadmap for end-to-end onboarding. This role offers the unique opportunity to bring scale to an internal application, delivering innovative solutions that improve business outcomes, client experience, operational efficiency, and control standards.

You will lead the design and execution of the AI & Data Strategy for Securities Services Onboarding, establishing a well-governed data foundation to streamline how data requirements, validations, changes, and downstream impacts are captured, assessed, and implemented. Partnering closely with Product, Technology, Operations, and Controls, you will ensure data is consistent, reusable, traceable, and fit for purpose, while applying AI/ML-enabled approaches to enhance insights, efficiency, and risk management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage senior stakeholders to communicate business needs, data priorities, key risks, and strategic objectives; clearly articulate trade-offs and recommendations.
  • Define and deliver the strategic vision and roadmap for end-to-end onboarding platforms and data capabilities, partnering with firmwide and Securities Services teams to drive business outcomes, client experience, efficiency, and controls.
  • Own the product, process, and data end-to-end, including data definitions, lineage, quality, access, and change control; evaluate trade-offs and downstream impacts across products, processes, and reporting.
  • Establish a standardized framework for intake, prioritization, documentation, and delivery of product and data requirements/changes across onboarding platforms, leveraging AI/ML where appropriate. Apply data, AI/ML, and analytics to solve problems, track and communicate progress, and inform decision-making across large and complex datasets.
  • Engage across management, operations, and delivery teams to review, document, and communicate objectives, program needs, progress updates, and risks; escalate as needed.

  • Maintain requirements traceability to business objectives, ensuring scope and requirements remain aligned to the business case.
  • Lead the delivery lifecycle—business requirements, functional requirements review, build/implementation oversight, UAT, and production rollout—ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and aligned to priorities.
  • Lead impact analysis for changes (process, operational, regulatory/control, and technology), ensuring risks are identified early and escalated appropriately.
  • Partner with Operations to define scalable operating processes and readiness to support the product. Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks/issues, balancing speed-to-market with control and operational risk standards.

  • Organize the team for sustained delivery, aligning roles and responsibilities to individuals’ strengths and capabilities. Set clear goals and expectations, and grow talent through coaching, delegation, empowerment, and training opportunities

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills :

  • 7+ years of experience in Financial Services across Data-Driven Product Development, Business Transformation, and/or Onboarding, with strong business analysis and change management skills.

  • Self-starter mindset, with demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous problem spaces and drive execution with minimal oversight.
  • Strong project/program management capability, delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
  • Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills, aligning senior partners across Product, Technology, Operations, and Controls, including across regions and time zones.
  • Hands-on knowledge of data architecture, including data modelling, data lineage, and data quality.
  • Experience with enterprise data platforms and data governance models.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to produce clear documentation and translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
