As an AI Product Manager within the Consumer and Community Bank team, you will lead the strategy and delivery of AI-driven products that automate and improve key operational workflows. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable roadmaps and shipped capabilities. Your role will focus on driving measurable outcomes, fostering collaboration, and ensuring stakeholder alignment. You will help shape the future of AI at JPM, contributing to a culture of innovation and excellence.
Job responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog to support the strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds frameworks and tracks key success metrics such as cost, functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Identifies high-impact use cases where AI and agentic services improve key performance indicators
- Owns product strategy, roadmap, and product requirements documents to enable platform capabilities
- Leads cross-functional product teams (engineering, design, analytics, business) through delivery and launch decisions
- Develops and executes product roadmaps including technical requirements, resource estimates, and timelines
- Communicates and drives alignment with senior stakeholders to secure buy-in and unblock decisions
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, and value management
- Significant experience delivering AI products end-to-end in complex organizations
- Ability to ship AI-enabled products and lead large, matrixed programs from ideation through launch
- Experience writing product documentation and leading technology teams through execution
- Familiarity with AI model architectures, including Large Language Models, prompting, context engineering, fine-tuning, and retrieval augmented generation
- Knowledge of model context protocols and agentic frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management, structured thinking, and ability to connect product outcomes to business value
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Experience designing evaluation sets and running quantitative and qualitative iterations for production-quality AI systems
- Familiarity with cloud and data platforms such as AWS and machine learning tooling
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
