Be at the forefront of bringing new Treasury Services products and capabilities to market across CEEMEA, driving client adoption and commercial success. In this fast‑paced environment, you will translate strategic vision into executable go‑to‑market activity, resolving complex challenges, enabling seamless product launches, and supporting change initiatives that directly contribute to regional growth and revenue outcomes.

As a Go‑To‑Market & Commercialisation Product Solutions Manager within the CEEMEA Treasury Services Go‑To‑Market (GTM) team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how new products are positioned, launched, and scaled. By working closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing, you will plan and execute go‑to‑market strategies that accelerate adoption and monetise new solutions for the firm.

The CEEMEA Treasury Services team is seeking a commercially minded and detail‑oriented Vice President who can independently own regional GTM execution, engage confidently with senior stakeholders, and act as a point of coordination across multiple functions and geographies.

Job responsibilities

  • Own and drive regional go‑to‑market execution for new Treasury Services products and capabilities, partnering with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Communications.
  • Lead the coordination of end‑to‑end GTM launch activity, ensuring timely delivery, high‑quality execution, and alignment to commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to develop client‑facing collateral and artefacts that support monetisation (e.g. pitch decks, FAQs, RFP responses, sales enablement materials).
  • Support the development and refinement of product positioning, value propositions, and target client personas, ensuring messaging is clear, differentiated, and client‑relevant.
  • Track post‑launch performance, adoption, and client feedback, taking follow‑up actions to strengthen commercial outcomes and accelerate uptake.
  • Prioritise day‑to‑day activities and initiatives to ensure deliverables align with broader GTM priorities and regional business strategy.
  • Act as a regional point of coordination with global Product Commercialisation leads, ensuring transparency, consistency, and alignment across global and regional GTM efforts.
  • Partner with Product Solutions Specialists (PSS) and analytics teams to help identify early‑adopter clients and build and shape commercial pipeline.
  • Own and maintain reporting metrics and insights, supporting effective performance management and decision‑making.
  • Use data and insights to inform product positioning, GTM messaging, and marketing strategies, continuously improving effectiveness.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Extensive experience working across the product development and commercialisation lifecycle, with regular engagement with Sales and client‑facing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively and independently in a highly matrixed, complex organisation.
  • Strategic, confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data and insights to inform commercial and GTM decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with the ability to produce clear, executive‑ready materials.
