As Python Full Stack Developer (Treasury Transformation) Analyst within the Treasury and Execution Middle Office team you will work alongside experienced engineers and business partners to build automation solutions that make a real difference to how we manage and report financial data. Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into well-defined technical solutions aligned to internal standards.
  • Design, build, and maintain end-to-end applications and automation solutions using Python, JavaScript, and SQL, supporting the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Develop high-quality, user-focused front-end experiences and interfaces, ensuring usability, clarity, and effective presentation of financial and operational insights.
  • Engineer back-end services, data pipelines, and integrations that reduce manual work, improve data quality, and enhance analytics and reporting outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Technology and approved self-service technologies to implement secure, scalable solutions with appropriate controls.
  • Communicate delivery status, risks, issues, and dependencies clearly, including ownership and timelines for open items.
  • Contribute to development, documentation, and training activities that strengthen adoption and improve client service delivery.
  • Provide ongoing support and iterative enhancements for existing solutions, including triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution of production issues as needed.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 1+ years of experience with strong Python development skills, with demonstrated experience delivering production-quality solutions.
  • Strong front-end / UI development experience using JavaScript, including a demonstrable history of designing and building effective user interfaces.
  • Proven full stack development experience, spanning front-end, back-end, and data layers.
  • Strong SQL skills, including the ability to query, transform, and validate data to support application and analytics requirements.
  • Ability to capture business requirements and translate them into clear technical designs and deliverables.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with multiple stakeholders and concurrent priorities.
  • Willingness to learn self-service analytics and process automation tools, and to apply foundational project management and business analysis practices.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Finance and/or Information Systems.
  • Experience with HTML and CSS for building and styling user interfaces.
  • Experience with database and/or cloud management (beneficial).
