We are seeking a senior team member who will play a key leadership role by indirectly managing the team and shaping the training program for new joiners. This individual will ensure that essential liquidity concepts and product knowledge are effectively communicated, cross-trained, and retained within the team. They will also be responsible for setting clear team goals and objectives to drive success.

The role includes ownership of timely and accurate daily, monthly, and quarterly liquidity reporting under the oversight of Treasury and CIO NA. You will collaborate closely with partners across front office, middle office, risk, technology, and finance to ensure these reports are completed with precision and strong controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understands the purpose and nature of Treasury and CIO products and its balance sheet and Liquidity impacts
  • Determine business drivers behind changes in balances and communicate liquidity impact to partnering teams such as Liquidity Management and Liquidity Risk Oversight
  • Responsible for the oversight and accuracy of the team’s preparation/reviewing/approval of various liquidity reporting, including external US LCR reporting, the Net Stable Funding ratio, daily FR2052A and Liquidity Stress, and various reports to aid in the sign-off of such reports
  • Prepare summary presentations used to present key liquidity information to senior management and the global liquidity controller team
  • Manages projects and strategic initiatives impacting liquidity reporting, such as New Business Initiatives and Liquidity Risk Infrastructure monthly releases, which includes impact analysis, requirement specification and involvement on UAT/regression testing
  • Manages ongoing liquidity result forecasting and planning
  • Actively works on Automation and improvement of existing processes to achieve global consistency and increase efficiencies
  • Support the business on ad-hoc queries and requests related to liquidity reporting

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • General understanding of a bank’s balance sheet and an interest in learning how the bank funds itself
  • Bachelors’ degree required
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suites, strong Excel skills required
  • Highly numerate with a methodical approach to problem solving
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently using initiative and ability to manage your own work
  • Experience with SQL technology project testing

The team supports strategic initiatives such as enhancements to the Liquidity Risk Infrastructure platform, governance participation, and liquidity-related messaging with Investor Relations and Corporate Reporting. The role develops strong balance sheet expertise across investment securities, reverse repos, and money market/funding products (deposits, long-term debt, other borrowings), with a focus on liability transactions that fund the Firm. You’ll partner with business managers, traders, project teams, and cross-LOB stakeholders.
