The Chase Product Management team is responsible for advancing Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) product operating models and mobilizing product teams to deliver initiatives at scale that align with CCB Strategic Objectives. As a Senior Product Analytics Associate in Chase Consumer & Community Banking you will influence product offerings and will own the analytical framework that drives product prioritization. This role offers great opportunity to solution customer and process pain points and drive meaningful business growth. You will be responsible for all aspects of analysis, data-based prioritization, and effective challenge of the product and guideline solutions offered throughout the customer lifecycle. You will participate in the development of the product strategy, including providing economic and financial analysis, and managing relationships with Business Partners, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Fair Lending, Agency Relations, Capital Markets and Finance. Each day will offer a continued opportunity to provide real-world solutions for complex business and customer issues with a focus on the strategic value informed by thoughtful data-based analysis. This role comes with the unique ability to affect both short- and long-term business results by providing analytics and insights to influence current priorities and long-term vision.

Job responsibilities

  • Create, organize, and execute standard strategic data-led analysis for Product and Innovation initiatives
  • Provide analytical and subject matter-based support in business case development and present and articulate findings in various business settings
  • Partner with key stakeholders to evaluate new concepts and proposals and lead the relationship with other teams
  • Understand and recognize the opportunity for product improvements needed to create and maintain a competitive offering
  • Participate in identifying any operational, legal, compliance, or other risks in strategy development and interface with the necessary parties to ensure acceptable solutions
  • Manage book of work prioritization process and communicate with partners and management

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3 years of experience in financial data analytics, consumer lending products, or bond-market based roles; subject matter expertise in strategic analysis, data analysis or finance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven ability to create data-driven business case-based analytics especially in a products or project setting; ability to complete robust data analysis that is peer review ready
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, frequent communication with senior leadership
  • Excellent written presentation skills for producing executive level presentation material
  • Conflict resolution, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Awareness of industry and competitors and impact of both on business
