Job Responsibilities
- Build and sustain a scalable control framework across channels and campaigns; lead deep dives and targeted risk assessments across end-to-end workflows (intake → targeting → content → approvals → deployment → measurement); assess incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive sustainable remediation; and ensure preventive and detective controls are appropriately designed and operating effectively.

- Coordinate audit, compliance reviews, and regulatory engagements for Marketing (walkthroughs, evidence gathering, responses); manage findings and action plans to closure with clear governance, escalation, and senior reporting.
- Establish control testing and monitoring routines; develop standardized control metrics and executive-ready reporting; leverage analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Adtrax, or similar) to identify trends and drive process/control improvements.
- Provide governance for the marketing tool stack, including access/entitlements hygiene, cybersecurity and data-use alignment, SOPs, and operational monitoring; lead tool development and enhancement leveraging AI applications to strengthen controls, streamline workflows, and improve reporting/insights; and drive automation and continuous improvement in partnership with Technology and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Oversee core operational routines tied to risk and control health (intake/triage, approvals governance, evidence capture, incident tracking, operational reporting); clarify ownership through RACIs, runbooks, and measurable performance standards.

- Strong knowledge of control frameworks, issue management, and change governance, with excellent stakeholder management and relationships and senior-level communication skills.
- Strong tech literacy with hands-on experience using marketing tools (e.g., Adobe and campaign management platforms, Tableau, Adtrax, Optima or similar) to oversee operational processes that support campaign management—including intake and workflow management, segmentation/targeting execution, approvals and evidence capture, deployment readiness, and performance reporting—using data to strengthen controls and drive process improvements.
- Demonstrated leader who embeds operational awareness and control excellence into everyday execution; builds trust through accountability and high standards; empathetic and collaborative; actively seeks feedback and drives continuous improvement. Change leader who helps align firmwide policy and standards into day-to-day operational processes to ensure compliance with policy balanced against unnecessary bureaucracy.
