The Fraud Data & Central Services Product team helps the firm responsibly grow its business in by innovating the way we source, develop, test, and deploy intelligent features and rules for fraud decisioning, and using your expert judgement to solve real-world challenges that impact our company, customers and communities. As a Vice President in Trust & Security, you will help shape solutions leading to advancement across the many critical applications in our fraud rule and vendor platforms ecosystem. You will work with our fraud strategy, product, and technology partners to gather, define requirements for incorporating new features for identifying fraud, streamlining our decisioning services for controls and efficiency, and aiding in a more expedient fraud rule development, testing, and deployment process. You will help enable the continuing evolution of our product vision and contribute to building out our roadmaps. While your role requires both business and technical skills including expertise in everything from data management to functional design, it also hinges on teamwork and leadership. You will offer clear guidance and feedback to your colleagues, product teams, and technology resources to ensure highest quality deliverables, processes, and experiences while promoting the values, culture, and brand of JPMorganChase.

Job responsibilities
  • Develops, Owns, and Iterates a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization with conflicting and changing priorities
  • Prior experience in any of the following: fraud decisioning, vendor management, testing controls, or automation
