Job Summary

As a Senior Product Associate in Strategic Partner Benefits, you drive delivery across customer journeys and the platform that enables partner benefit discovery, enrollment, management, and reporting. You translate business needs into clear requirements, lead cross-functional execution with technology, data, design, and operations partners, and support partner integration readiness from testing through launch and post-production stabilization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end requirements by converting discovery outputs into prioritized backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria in an Agile delivery model.
  • Lead integration workstreams by partnering with engineering teams to deliver scalable services and application programming interface integrations, including authentication patterns, service enhancements, and data integration needs.
  • Define functional and non-functional requirements to ensure reliability, scalability, monitoring, and operational readiness for partner benefit enrollment, management, and reporting capabilities.
  • Plan phased delivery and launch execution by setting release scope, sequencing functionality, and aligning readiness across product, technology, operations, and partner stakeholders.
  • Coordinate testing and post-launch stabilization by ensuring plans cover validation, monitoring, support processes, and ongoing issue management.
  • Drive cross-functional decisions by maintaining an operating cadence, escalating risks, and providing transparent updates on progress and tradeoffs.
  • Support partner readiness by clearly communicating integration requirements, timelines, testing plans, and post-production support expectations to business and technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of product management experience delivering outcomes in an Agile environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and deliverables with strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence across product, engineering, data, and design stakeholders.
  • Experience working with application programming interfaces and back-end services, including representational state transfer patterns and token-based authentication flows.
  • Exposure to cloud environments and enterprise data ecosystems supporting product analytics and partner integrations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, including the ability to communicate technical requirements and project status to external partner audiences.

Preferred Qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience supporting business-to-business-to-consumer products and balancing partner constraints with customer experience and operational readiness.
  • Ability to translate partner requirements into scalable platform capabilities with clear functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Experience driving end-to-end customer journeys, including discovery, enrollment, management, and utilization in collaboration with design and research partners.
  • Familiarity with backlog and sprint tooling (for example, Jira and Confluence).
  • Strong launch and run discipline, including testing strategy, monitoring, incident management, and post-launch stabilization.
