DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Lead product strategy and development for enterprise-scale financial technology platforms processing high- volume payment transactions. Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements including GAAP, IFRS, and SOX compliance. Conduct comprehensive market research, trend analysis and stakeholder requirements gathering to drive product innovation, prioritize features, and build a robust product roadmap and vision. Design global scalable product requirements, including incremental capabilities for robust cash management solution, foreign exchange conversion, and revenue and profit allocation services. Oversee the design and optimization of financial accounting data flows and data structures to support accurate revenue and fee reporting across multiple legal entities and enable increasing speed to market in new regions and in partnership with new card brands and emerging alternative payment methods, all while ensuring regulatory compliance and financial auditability. Oversee product delivery, define and measure performance through KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Use advanced analytics to identify anomalies, monitor complex reconciliations of business and financial activities to ensure data integrity across payment processing systems. Develop comprehensive control processes and frameworks that mitigate risk though robust internal controls, ensure regulatory compliance across global markets and support annual audit requirements. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, provide training and support to stakeholders, and foster relationships with internal and external partners to drive product adoption, improve profitability, enhance customer satisfaction, and proactively manage business continuity and improve product availability metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, Product Control, Finance Contractor, Finance Manager, Product Control, Legal Entity Control, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: Applying GAAP and IFRS accounting principles to manage financial records and ensure regulatory compliance; designing and implementing seamless integrations across upstream and downstream applications using Apache Kafka (MSK), JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) data structures, Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3), PySpark and AWS Glue including Pricing, Allocation, Adjustment, Payout, and Reconciliation; Applying GAAP and IFRS accounting principles to manage financial records and ensuring regulatory compliance; integrating with SAP general ledger using AWS MySQL based subledger and Snowflake cloud based data platform to power reporting via Snowflake Snowsight and Tableau; Recording and reconciling SAP journal entries in compliance with GAAP, IFRS, SOX, and regulatory requirements; Designing and optimizing financial data flows and structures using Lucid to support transaction processing, reconciliations, and anomaly detection; Designing and implementing cross-border payment processing and foreign exchange operations by applying ISO8583 and ISO20022 standards with OpenAPI specifications, and interpreting payment network regulations for Visa, Mastercard, and NACHA and compliance mandates including PCI, ECB, and Federal Reserve to ensure regulatory alignment; Performing financial analysis, reporting, and data visualization by utilizing tools including SAP, Excel, Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, AWS Cloudwatch, Splunk, and Alteryx; Developing and designing financial accounting data flows and structures optimized for transaction volumes within international organizations to enable accurate revenue and fee reporting using Snowflake, Snowsight and Tableau.

Job Location: 8181 Communications Pkwy, Plano, TX 75024. This position requires up to 10% domestic travel to JPMC sites.
