This role provides an enterprise-level product mandate to define the agenda and drive strategy and execution for Data Reporting, Analytics and Insights across JPM Access and core client connectivity channels, with accountability for client impact, platform resilience, and financial performance.

As a VP, Product Manager in Digital Channels & Connectivity, you will set the vision and lead execution across APIs, Host-to-Host connectivity, the JPM Access web platform, and Client Management Support, translating complex needs into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes in a regulated, control-intensive environment.

You will lead a matrixed stakeholder ecosystem and serve as a senior escalation point, partnering with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Controls, Coverage, and Sales to maintain a rigorous operating cadence, governance and executive communications, disciplined delivery and incident management, go-to-market readiness, and ongoing performance measurement to improve adoption, reliability, and risk posture.

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop a product strategy and product vision for Data Reporting, Analytics and Insights that delivers value to customers across JPM Access and core connectivity channels.
  • Manage discovery efforts and market research (including client, stakeholder, and regulatory inputs) to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
  • Own and maintain a product backlog that enables development to execute against the strategic roadmap and value proposition, including prioritization, dependency management, and release planning.
  • Build a success-metrics framework and track performance across cost, feature/functionality, risk posture, reliability, adoption, and operational outcomes to inform prioritization and trade-offs.
  • Oversee product financial performance and investment governance by managing P&L, budget planning, investment cases, spend prioritization, margins/cost-to-serve, and benefit realization, with input to pricing, packaging, and funding models as relevant.
  • Establish an executive stakeholder cadence and lead governance by preparing materials, negotiating trade-offs, and driving decisions across product, technology, operations, and controls while actively managing risks and dependencies.
  • Lead senior client engagements to validate strategy, communicate roadmap direction, and resolve escalations in partnership with Coverage and client teams, translating outcomes into governed product decisions and delivery plans.
  • Drive go-to-market readiness and adoption at scale by ensuring positioning, enablement, launch governance, operational preparedness, and required control sign-offs, and by managing post-launch performance reviews and adoption plans.
  • Maintain resiliency and control standards by ensuring control design adherence, operational and audit readiness, and disciplined incident management, including leadership of governance forums and coordination of audit responses as needed.
  • Build a high-performing product organization by setting execution and documentation standards, coaching and managing talent, and shaping an operating model that drives accountability and cross-functional delivery at scale.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of product strategy and multi-phase roadmap delivery across multi-channel platforms, with accountability for product outcomes and operational performance.
  • Experience operating in regulated environments, including resiliency, controls, audit readiness, and incident management, and the ability to establish governance routines that balance delivery speed with risk and control compliance.
  • Ability to define and manage performance and risk metrics spanning cost, feature/functionality, risk posture, reliability, adoption, and operational performance, and to use those metrics to drive prioritization and disciplined trade-offs.
  • Proven financial and investment governance capabilities, including managing product budgets, developing and presenting business cases, making investment prioritization decisions, and tracking ROI, benefit realization, and value delivery.
  • Strong judgment and executive communication to balance client value, risk/control requirements, and cost, clearly articulate trade-offs and decisions, and influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed operating model (including escalation management) without relying on direct authority.
  • Ability to leverage modern productivity and automation tools, including responsible use of AI for summarization, requirements articulation, reporting, and workflow efficiency, while maintaining governance, auditability, and appropriate controls.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and Skills

  • Domain experience in treasury and cash management, reporting and insights products, or connectivity platforms, including scaling platform capabilities across multiple client channels under strong governance and control standards.
  • Familiarity with reporting formats such as MT, CAMT, and BAI2, and exposure to treasury/cash management reporting concepts, data insights use cases, and/or connectivity products.
