As a Finance and Business Management Analyst in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, you will receive one-on-one mentorship and hands-on experience supporting the country leadership team.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of 1 year of working experience in professional accounting firms and/or the financial services industry who is interested in building a long-term career in banking. On-the-job training will be provided during the first 12–18 months to develop a thorough understanding of how the Country Business Management and Finance functions operate, and how they partner with senior stakeholders to deliver strong business outcomes and a robust control environment.

Job responsibilities

  • Partner with location senior managers and functional/team leads to analyze business performance, identify trends, and provide insights across strategy execution, operating model effectiveness, and control topics.
  • Support country governance and management routines, including preparation of materials for leadership meetings, business reviews, and key stakeholder updates.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across Finance, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Business teams to drive delivery of country priorities and resolve impediments.
  • Support outsourcing/offshoring oversight and the related control environment, including maintenance of inventories/registers (as applicable), monitoring of key controls, tracking issues and action plans, and supporting readiness for internal/external reviews.
  • Drive structured program management for country initiatives (e.g., regulatory-driven changes, business process improvements, remediation activities), including timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.
  • Operate with flexibility across workstreams, shifting across business management and finance functions depending on country staffing needs and priorities.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in professional accounting firms / financial services industry
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail, results oriented and delivery focused
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word)
  • Candidate must have intellectual curiosity of banking and finance
