Join our HR Data & Analytics team to build an enterprise entitlements product that enables secure, low-friction access to workforce data. You will partner with architecture, engineering, controls, legal, and business stakeholders to deliver governed access at scale. Your expertise in access control models, policy authoring, and entitlement technologies will help the platform scale securely while managing risk and compliance exposure.
As a Data Product Manager – Vice President in the HR Data & Analytics team, you will own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise data entitlements supporting strategic workforce analytics dashboards. You will define and operationalize access policies and classify data aligned with information security classification standards. You will partner with architecture, engineering, controls, legal, and business stakeholders to enable governed, low-friction access to data across the organization. Your expertise in role-based access control, attribute-based access control, policy authoring, and entitlement technologies will help ensure the platform scales securely while effectively managing risk, regulatory, and compliance exposure.
Job responsibilities
- Develop and champion a cohesive product strategy and roadmap for enterprise data entitlements to enable analytics initiatives.
- Assist in defining target-state roles for HR and employee data elements across access types (for example, read-only, masked, privileged).
- Establish and maintain a clear, standardized entitlement taxonomy (for example, data assets vs. data attributes vs. data concepts) to support consistent access management.
- Drive stakeholder and end-user engagement through working sessions, demos, and training to ensure adoption of entitlement best practices.
- Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on customer demand, risk, control needs, and strategic value.
- Produce requirements and specification artifacts that translate strategy and the operating model into build-ready deliverables for entitlement system development teams, in close partnership with the data platform product managers.
- Assist in defining and maintaining the execution plan and multi-phase roadmap for strategic entitlement delivery.
- Uplift and standardize entitlement-related standard operating procedures, procedures, and frameworks across operations and adjacent data stakeholders to ensure compliance with enterprise standards and corporate function objectives.
- Define, track, and report key performance metrics (enterprise and business-specific), including time to grant access and percentage of access.
- Collaborate with Legal, Controls, and Privacy to embed governance controls, auditability, and compliance requirements into product releases.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of product management experience focused on entitlements, access control, or risk and control frameworks
- Knowledge of entitlement paradigms, including role-based access control, attribute-based access control, and policy-driven models
- Hands-on experience with policy authoring frameworks and entitlement enforcement engines
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing senior executives and cross-functional teams
- Experience with audit, logging, and monitoring tools to demonstrate entitlement compliance and drive continuous improvement
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Prior experience in financial services or regulated environments
- Technical understanding of data technologies, data pipelines, and data platforms
