Job Summary

As an Intelligent Solutions Analyst in Talent Acquisition Support and Onboarding, you identify business process improvement opportunities and help standardize best practices across teams. You maintain intelligent solutions, including automation bots and workflows, and manage regression testing to support stable, controlled changes. You develop sustainable, reusable tools using available platforms and quantify the associated business case. You produce periodic operational performance reporting and translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders. You balance multiple priorities while maintaining quality, controls, and delivery commitments.

Job responsibilities

  • Identify business process improvement opportunities across Talent Acquisition Support and Onboarding and drive best-practice sharing across teams.
  • Maintain intelligent solutions, including automation bots and workflows, to support day-to-day operational performance.
  • Manage regression testing for automation bots to validate changes and support stable releases.
  • Communicate intelligent solution activities, status, and cross-impacts of changes to key stakeholders.
  • Develop sustainable, reusable solutions using tools such as advanced Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Confluence, Alteryx, and Xceptor.
  • Quantify and document the business case for proposed solutions, including efficiency, capacity, and quality impacts.
  • Build and analyze periodic operational performance reports and summarize findings and recommendations.
  • Design and present programs, business updates, and performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Prioritize workload effectively and adapt plans as business demands change.
  • Drive continuous improvement through proactive identification of gaps, risks, and opportunities.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Have 1 year of experience implementing and leading small to medium-scale projects, including planning, organizing, analysis, and reporting.
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to negotiate, resolve conflicts, and influence outcomes.
  • Have working knowledge of data analytics and productivity tools, including SharePoint and Alteryx.
  • Demonstrate advanced Microsoft Excel skills, such as VBA and Power tool.
  • Demonstrate disciplined problem-solving and practical automation support capability.
  • Demonstrate strong operational reporting capability and the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate requirements into reusable solutions.
  • Manage competing priorities without sacrificing quality or controls.
  • Be able to work under strict deadlines with flexible working hours.
  • Be willing to support a North America shift schedule.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Have exposure to regional and/or global projects.
  • Have a programming or scripting background.
  • Have experience using Confluence and/or Xceptor in an operations, workflow, or automation context.
