As a Product Manager in Client Accelerated Response Team (CARe), you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
- Analyze and understand the payment lifecycle and its impact on merchant services.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of payment solutions with client systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the implementation phase; Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a accelerated manner.
- Engage with clients to understand their challenges and requirements related to merchant payments; Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and successful product adoption.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate effective problem-solving and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology and implementation teams.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives.
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate product performance, client feedback, and project status to stakeholders.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance product satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate them into daily operations.
These responsibilities are designed to ensure that the Product Analyst effectively supports the development and implementation of merchant payment solutions, while fostering strong client relationships and driving product success.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years’ experience in data analytics
- 5+ years’ experience in payments processing
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and inspiring skills a must
- Critical thinking skills
- Solid influencing and partnership / skills to drive cross-functional teams
- Approximately 20% travel can be expected
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
