We are looking for a dynamic Vice President Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our Agentic and Generative AI platform capabilities within CCB. This role will support the product vision and roadmap for innovative GenAI solutions that accelerate AI/ML use cases and deliver measurable business value.

As a GenAI & Agentic Product Manager on the AI/ML Solutions Platform team, you will bridge customer needs with technical execution, collaborating closely with engineering, data science, business, and control partners. You will focus on delivering scalable, resilient, and user-centric generative AI products that align with market trends and enterprise priorities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Inform and support the product strategy and roadmap for GenAI platform capabilities, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities including discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, and delivery of GenAI features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product scalability, reliability, and alignment with compliance and governance standards.
  • Drive user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities.
  • Manage the product backlog and work closely with engineering to deliver high-quality, timely releases.
  • Define and track key success metrics to measure product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, fostering alignment and support.
  • Support vendor evaluation and integration efforts related to GenAI technologies and tools.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated leadership in AI/ML or data-driven product environments.
  • Strong understanding of agentic and generative AI technologies, machine learning workflows, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage product lifecycle activities from discovery through delivery in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver scalable AI/ML solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across multiple levels.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with compliance and governance considerations in AI/ML product development.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Business, AI Product Design, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in financial services or regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends and competitive landscape in generative AI.
  • Background in vendor management and technology integration.

This isn't a strategy-only role. You'll be in the details of backlog prioritization, vendor evaluation, compliance alignment, and cross-functional coordination daily. We're looking for someone with 5+ years in product management, strong fluency in AI/ML technologies, and experience shipping in complex, regulated environments.
