As a Business Product & Transformation Senior Associate in Client Service and Onboarding, you will drive portfolio management efforts that enable strategic alignment and execution across initiatives. You will partner with teams to maintain an accurate and transparent view of the book of work while supporting data-driven decision-making. You will help strengthen governance, improve reporting, and ensure initiatives remain aligned to business priorities. You will play a key role in creating visibility, consistency, and impact across the portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead portfolio data management to ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency across initiatives
  • Collaborate with execution leads and project managers to maintain alignment with strategic priorities
  • Oversee the inventory of initiatives and ensure proper tracking of the book of work
  • Support capacity planning and assess workload to inform resource allocation decisions
  • Monitor portfolio health and identify risks, issues, and data inconsistencies early
  • Deliver portfolio reporting and insights to stakeholders to support informed decisions
  • Conduct quality reviews of project data and ensure adherence to governance standards
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting, processes, and portfolio practices
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability and operational excellence within the team
  • Support both independent and team-based efforts to enhance efficiency and outcomes

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • 3+ years of experience in portfolio management, project management, or a related field
  • Proven experience managing and maintaining portfolio data with a focus on accuracy and consistency
  • Demonstrated ability to support strategic alignment of initiatives across a portfolio
  • Experience in capacity planning and workload assessment to support team efficiency
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address issues early
  • Experience preparing and delivering portfolio reporting to stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and effectively
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and build effective working relationships
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and governance standards

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Experience working in financial services or transformation environments
  • Familiarity with tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, SharePoint, or Excel
  • Exposure to automation or digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience supporting global stakeholders across regions
  • Understanding of portfolio governance frameworks and reporting standards
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
