The Product Strategy & Execution team drives the strategy, governance, and delivery of high-priority AI initiatives across products and lines of business—ensuring measurable outcomes at enterprise scale.

As Analytics Solutions Senior Associate - AI at Scale Portfolio within Product Strategy & Execution team, you will support strategic planning and execution for cross-product AI initiatives by helping shape initiative charters, coordinating roadmaps and dependencies, driving stakeholder alignment, and delivering clear progress and outcome reporting. You will operate at the intersection of product, data/AI, technology, and business teams to help ensure initiatives are well-defined, on track, and positioned for adoption and impact.

Job responsibilities

  • Initiative Planning & Structuring: Support the development of initiative charters (problem statement, scope, success metrics, “definition of done,” dependencies, and delivery approach) in partnership with Product and Business leaders.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Build relationships across product, technology, and business teams to drive alignment, track action items, and ensure follow-through.
  • Roadmap & Dependency Management: Help maintain integrated roadmaps, sequencing milestones and surfacing cross-team dependencies and delivery risks.
  • Forum & Governance Support: Coordinate materials and facilitate working sessions/decision forums to enable timely, evidence-based decisions and issue resolution.
  • Progress & Outcome Reporting: Produce regular status updates for leadership and working teams, highlighting progress, risks, blockers, decisions needed, and outcome tracking (KPIs/OKRs).
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, document, and escalate risks/issues that span teams; track mitigation plans through closure.
  • Execution Discipline: Support intake, prioritization, and execution rhythms (planning, standups/checkpoints, retros) to improve delivery predictability and transparency.
  • Adoption & Readiness Support: Partner with teams to support rollout planning, stakeholder readiness, enablement, and measurement of adoption/usage.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience in program/project management, product execution, portfolio support, or strategic initiative delivery, data, analytics, and/or AI-driven environments.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization, with comfort managing dependencies and ambiguity.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to synthesize information into clear narratives and action-oriented updates.
  • Working knowledge of roadmap development, initiative planning/chartering, and outcome-focused reporting (KPIs/OKRs).
  • Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts and what it takes to scale solutions (data readiness, delivery lifecycle, monitoring basics).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a large, matrixed financial services or technology organization.
  • Familiarity with agile/lean delivery practices and portfolio execution tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence or similar).
  • Exposure to data governance, regulatory requirements, or risk/controls processes related to AI/ML initiatives.
