The Event Associate is a key partner on the Chase for Business Event & Experience Team, working alongside the Event Lead to ensure the success of flagship programs, including the Make Your Move Summit and American Dream Initiative. In this role, you will provide essential project management support for large-scale events and manage registration, website builds, and email communications for both flagship and regional events.
As an Evemnt Associate, you will support onsite execution for both flagship and regional events while following all required procedures and policies before, during, and after each event. As the primary liaison for cross-line-of-business integration, you will help connect event teams and partners across our event portfolio, showcasing the full breadth of JPMorganChase and ensuring every activation is handled and every attendee’s experience is exceptional.
Job responsibilities
- Proactively serve as project manager for flagship events, coordinating end-to-end execution, including planning, scheduling, logistics, and onsite delivery in partnership with the Event Lead.
- Reliably provide onsite execution support for both flagship and regional events, ensuring seamless delivery and high attendee satisfaction.
- Efficiently build and manage event registration sites and websites (Stova) for flagship events, overseeing setup, testing, launch, and attendee communications such as invitations, confirmations, reminders, and post-event follow-ups.
- Responsively provide registration and website support for regional events as needed, maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
- Diligently oversee attendee registration workflows, approvals, recertification, and compliance documentation for flagship events, supporting audit requirements and maintaining requisition hygiene.
- Thoughtfully manage attendee logistics for flagship events, including dietary needs, ADA accommodations, accessibility, and onsite support, keeping candidate experience at the center.
- Effectively serve as the main contact for vendor attendee management for flagship events, ensuring quality controls and timely responses.
- Strategically provide project management support for flagship events using tools such as Monday.com, Teams, and LLM; maintain timelines, track deliverables, and ensure effective cross-functional coordination.
- Accurately build and maintain decks and slide materials for flagship events, ensuring readiness for field and onsite delivery, and collaborate closely with Event Leads, partners, agencies, and vendors.
- Collaboratively serve as the primary liaison for cross-line-of-business and Coaching for Impact integration across all events, coordinating participation, tracking deliverables, and ensuring standards are met.

Consistently support the preparation and routing of all required approvals related to event execution, registration, communications, and vendors; track attendance, engagement metrics, KPIs, and assist in preparing pre-event materials, analyses, and post-event recaps for flagship events.
Required qualifications, capabilites and skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event operations, experiential marketing, communications, or project management.
- Experience with event registration platforms and communications workflows.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with diverse teams.
- Proficiency with Stova, Monday.com, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new event technologies or platforms.
- Willingness to travel for onsite event support (approximately 40+ days per year).
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, business, or a related field.
- Experience in financial services or a regulated industry.
- Familiarity with event compliance and approval processes.
