As a Product Manager in CLM, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers across Source-to-Contract (S2C) platforms and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Drive a cohesive end-to-end workflow across contracting workspaces and CLM, including data handoffs, exception handling, and operational readiness
- Translate business objectives into platform capabilities and non functional requirements; ensure designs align with firm risk, controls, security, and resiliency guardrails, and make trade offs explicit to reduce time to market and simplify dependencies
- Implement the firm’s product operating framework within your squad—translate evolving guidance into working agreements, decision cadences, and lightweight artifacts (e.g., RACIs, playbooks); influence without formal authority to ensure consistent application and iterate based on outcomes
- Manage product delivery discipline in Jira, Confluence and other product tools—keep backlogs and boards current, document epics/stories with acceptance criteria, publish decision records and release notes, and maintain dashboards for progress and risk visibility
- Lead and develop a team of product managers—set expectations, coach/mentor, provide performance feedback, and drive consistent product practices and outcomes accountability across the team
- Demonstrate curiosity and lead adoption of AI-enabled approaches—identify opportunities to embed AI into product capabilities (where appropriate) and to augment how the team operates (e.g., discovery, analysis, documentation, and delivery practices), while operating within firm risk and controls guardrails
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at tailoring complex information for cross-functional teams, senior executives, and external partners
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Experience owning and scaling enterprise procurement and contracting platforms, including Source-to-Contract (S2C) platforms like Ariba and Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Experience with Ariba capabilities (spend analysis, sourcing/negotiations, supplier management, and contract workspace/contracting workflows)
- Experience with Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) (templates, clause libraries, approvals, negotiations, renewals/obligations, and reporting
- Automation first approach to workflow and integration design that scales and reduces manual effort
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence to manage backlogs, workflows, requirements, and release documentation
- People leadership experience with demonstrated ability to coach and develop product talent and drive accountability for outcomes
