- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge to support commercialization efforts and tailor solutions to market needs
- Define and refine product concepts, value propositions, and target client segments
- Lead go-to-market execution, including marketing campaigns aligned with industry, regional, and regulatory considerations
- Conduct market research and pricing analysis to inform product enhancements, positioning, and competitive strategy
- Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment, execution, and adherence to regulatory standards
- Communicate regulatory requirements and advise on appropriate frameworks, tools, and methodologies to ensure product compliance
- Build sales enablement tools, training, and resources to drive effective product promotion
Collaborate across global and regional stakeholders to support business growth and local market adaptation
- 5+ years of experience in Product, Technology, Project Management, or commercialization/strategy roles
- Strong communicator with ability to collaborate cross-functionally across all levels
- Solid understanding of risk management, governance, and regional regulatory requirements, including interpreting market regulations to drive approvals and readiness
- Knowledge of Payments products and business landscape
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; background in communications, marketing, or consulting preferred
