As a Trade Lifecycle Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in managing the operations of pre- and post-trading life cycles across all asset classes, with a primary focus on cash movements in and out of client accounts and preparing funding for managed demand deposit accounts. You will coordinate with other business lines to ensure proper funding, applying your knowledge of trade lifecycle processes to identify and resolve issues while contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives. Your success will depend on your ability to actively listen, ask insightful questions, and establish productive relationships with internal stakeholders, as well as manage projects and influence outcomes. You will have the opportunity to develop your understanding of market products and emerging technologies, directly impacting the team's goals and performance. Regular guidance and support from more experienced professionals will help you grow in your role.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Investigate exceptions / breaks on back of JPM books vs Agent banks
  • Collaborate with Internal & external parties on asset positions and cash balance change and arrange for instructions to resolve the exception
  • Work with other Utility teams on complete traction and reporting of breaks
  • Maintain and certify procedures and incorporate any changes and work with managers for review
  • Work with managers on strategic initiatives to support the continuous improvement pillar
  • Be active participant with any idea or suggestion in daily team huddle and review calls.
  • Ref data static requests received from compliance to action.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office application
  • Proficient in MIS Reporting and making story dashboard board
  • Email drafting and problem articulating skills

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • Operations, Trade processing, & Settlements background
  • Reconciliations backgrounds
