The Senior Program Manager (VP) will lead the Location Program Management function within the Chief Administrative Office (CAO), Corporate Centers, Philippines. This role is responsible for strategic program planning and execution of flagship initiatives aligned to location priorities while ensuring strong governance, reporting, and operational discipline.
- Lead and develop a high-performing program management team.
- Lead strategic program planning and execution for flagship location initiatives.
- Establish program governance frameworks, playbooks, and best practices.
- Oversee end-to-end program lifecycle including planning, execution, and delivery for location initiatives.
- Manage location-wide and CAO reporting, providing executive-level insights and dashboards.
- Drive stakeholder engagement across the line of businesses and functional teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Significant experience (at least 10 years) in program management, business operations, or strategy roles.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives at scale.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in governance, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
- Experience in large global organizations or shared services environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development experience.
