As a Fund Servicing Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in our fund servicing operations. Your primary focus will be on executing routine transactions and collaborating with various teams. You will also apply your knowledge of fund servicing to ensure smooth operations, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements. Job responsibilities
- Accurately input and maintain all OTC trades within our strategic systems.
- Consistently set up and maintain all derivatives data within our strategic systems.
- Regularly reconcile trade and cash data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Actively support new client/fund onboarding and the rollout of new products.
- Diligently manage the daily Production Coordinator checklist, ensuring all sign-offs are timely, accurate, and supported by reliable sources.
- Proactively implement and maintain sufficient controls to ensure the above activities are performed effectively.
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining oversight of end-to-end delivery.
- Demonstrate experience or working knowledge of OTC derivatives products.
- Apply strong knowledge of the client valuation process across security types (e.g., bonds, equities, commodities, indices), including accounting treatment; bring derivatives experience
- Communicate and influence effectively, interacting confidently with stakeholders at all levels of management.
- Learn quickly, grasping product nuances and the implications for processing requirements.
- Partner collaboratively with peers, direct reports, managers, and LOB/functional partners (e.g., Risk, Technology, Operations, Finance).
