As a Global Corporate Banking Senior Analyst in the Peru team, you will support client coverage and transaction execution by delivering credit analysis, financial modeling, internal approvals, and client marketing materials. You will partner with senior bankers and product teams to develop customized solutions aligned to client needs across financing, risk management, working capital, cash management, and investments. You will also support internal processes related to deal execution, approvals, and business aspects of regulatory reporting.
Job Responsibilities
- Support corporate bankers and product partners in client coverage across solutions including debt capital markets, payments, trade and working capital solutions, and markets
- Perform credit analysis, including financial statement review, debt capacity and repayment assessment, and financial modeling
- Prepare internal approval materials, including credit memos and balance sheet committee models
- Develop pitch books and client-facing marketing materials, including responses to client requests for proposal
- Prepare lender, rating agency, and roadshow presentations to support debt capital markets transactions
- Coordinate with product partners to support deal execution and deliverables across the transaction lifecycle
- Maintain internal tracking for client activity and execution workstreams to support timely delivery
- Support business aspects of regulatory reporting related to client activities where applicable
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders to align on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Contribute to ad hoc analysis and projects in support of client coverage and business priorities
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field with strong academic credentials
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in corporate banking, investment banking, or a related field
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills using Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills, with ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to take ownership, work collaboratively, and deliver high-quality results
- Research capability using Peru-relevant sources and public information to support analysis
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience supporting debt capital markets transactions or credit underwriting processes
- Familiarity with Peru financial and economic data sources and market infrastructure
- Experience partnering with product teams such as payments, markets, and trade and working capital solutions
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes or enhance materials through standardization and efficiency
- Experience working in a multinational or cross-functional environment
