As a Fund Servicing Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in our fund servicing operations. Your primary focus will be on executing routine transactions and collaborating with various teams. You will also apply your knowledge of fund servicing to ensure smooth operations, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements. Your emotional intelligence will help you build strong relationships and influence better outcomes. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to our team's success.

Job responsibilities
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations between client and broker/counterparty data using TriOptima.
  • Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks, including missing trades and economic mismatches.
  • Analyze and address lifecycle discrepancies and static/identifier issues.
  • Engage with brokers, vendors, and clients to drive timely resolution of reconciliation exceptions.
  • Conduct regular client interactions (weekly/fortnightly) to review and clear outstanding items.
  • Manage the exception queue, ensuring break aging control and adherence to SLAs.
  • Escalate critical issues in a timely manner and track resolution progress.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and maintain audit-ready documentation for reconciliations and commentary.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong understanding of:

    Trade lifecycle events,

    Data quality and control frameworks &

    Fund servicing operations

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience in reconciliations / middle office / operations, preferably with OTC & Non-OTC products
  • Proficiency in

    Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word

  • Preferred Tableau &

    Alteryx
