As a Business Analyst within the Letter Coordination & Documents Reconciliation team, you will design, generate and update communications and reporting in support of regulatory or operational change initiatives. You will leverage on processes, applications and data to understand business requirements, analyze technical and operational impacts, and drive solutions to support those initiatives. The role comes with plenty of opportunities for you to grow professionally as you will use various applications, participate in automation initiatives, and collaborate with partners from Controls, Finance, IT, Legal and Operations among others.
Job responsibilities
- Perform all business analysis activities on assigned projects from requirements gathering through testing to post-production validation, reconciliation and reporting
- Collaborate with the supported business functions and technology experts to ensure that deliverables are submitted on time, of high quality, and within budget in an Agile environment
- Analyze data to identify problems, develop solutions, and create insightful reports
- Build, rebuild, and/or maintain new/existing databases, such as capacity models
- Create, collate, and maintain project artifacts in accordance with guidelines and knowledge management policies
- Complete, or contribute to, special projects and other tasks as required while ensuring adherence to best-in-class practices and quality assurance procedures
- Operate comfortably in a multi-task, multi-priority, fast-paced environment with the expectation of high performance, positivity and results
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Minimum of 3 years Business Analysis experience
- Disciplined, delivery-focused, detail-oriented individual with propensity for continuous learning and able to work well with multi-cultural teams
- Excellent analytical, communications, inter-personal, organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Intermediate/Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)

Proficient in data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting tools
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business-related fields is desired but not required
- Experience in IT Software Projects or Home Lending environment
