End-to-end Quality Engineering role focused on manual and automated testing to deliver resilient, accessible, and production-ready digital experiences.
As aTesting Associate within Quality Engineering, you drive test strategy and execution across the SDLC to ensure high-quality releases in a SAFe Agile environment. You combine strong manual testing expertise with web automation framework development using Selenium, Cucumber, and Java. You partner closely with product and engineering teams to maintain governance, traceability, and clear release status reporting.
Job Responsibilities
- Define test approach, scope, estimates, and entry/exit criteria aligned to SDLC and SAFe Agile delivery.
- Design comprehensive test cases and maintain test scripts to support functional, integration, regression, and UAT cycles.
- Execute operational, manual, and functional testing across web applications, including exploratory and GUI validation.
- Automate prioritized web test scenarios by developing and enhancing Selenium and Cucumber frameworks in Java.
- Document test plans, evidence, and weekly status reports while enforcing strict test governance and traceability.
- Coordinate defect triage and bug review forums, create high-quality bug reports, and track remediation through to closure.
- Continuously validate compatibility, accessibility, resilience, and regression coverage across environments and releases.
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Strong understanding of SDLC and the full testing lifecycle, including SAFe Agile practices
- Extensive hands-on experience across system testing, SIT, regression, functional, GUI, exploratory, UAT, compatibility, validation, and accessibility testing
- Experience building and maintaining web automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, and Java
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, and API testing; proven ability to run defect management and test governance with end-to-end traceability
Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Graduate or Masters)
- 6+ years of experience in manual testing with exposure to automation delivery
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) testing methods
- Strong verbal and written communication with effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Strong MS Office skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
