DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Support, update, and improve the company's core information systems, including data warehouses, CRM, ERP, and financial systems. Interact with business users to understand and document requirements and develop new reports, processes, and system updates to fulfil business needs. Identify, design, build, test, and deploy solutions, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, views, workflows, process builder, and security. Support, update, and improve the company's core information system, Salesforce and its interfaces, to other systems including reporting and financial systems. Troubleshoot, resolve, and track Salesforce end-user issues. Document the business and functional requirements, project management activities, including working with internal and external project resources, and data warehouse report definitions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Computer and Information Science, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field of study plus one (1) year of experience in the job offered or as Solutions Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Systems Administrator, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires one (1) year of experience with the following: implementing workflow or data capture implementations in Salesforce-based systems; process optimization of workflows, data captures, and backend processing in Salesforce-based systems; leading regular meetings with cross- functional business stakeholders to discuss requirements, conduct design reviews, and present status updates; implementing automation in Salesforce through workflow rules and flows; administering and implementing Salesforce tools and technologies, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Analytics, Data Quality management, and CI/CD processes; managing business-critical data, ensuring high data quality standards, performing data import and export operations, and maintaining data integrity; streamlining code management, change management, and data quality processes using Salesforce Data Loader, third-party data providers, and CI/CD tools; integrating and supporting third-party applications including third-party data providers; driving the implementation of internal integrations, including email-to-case and integration of party and accounting data; managing complex security and user settings, including single sign-on, permission sets, profiles, and sharing configurations; maintaining at least five (5) Salesforce integrations simultaneously that are relied upon by a business; conducting system testing and user acceptance testing in Salesforce, as well as integration testing with internal and third-party systems; gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and proposing designs solutions; supporting large Salesforce instances of more than 400 internal users and more than 10,000 platform users by using Salesforce to support multiple business functions simultaneously, including sales and marketing, customer service, and internal client management processes. This position requires the following certification: Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
