As a Senior Product Associate – Access Management Product within Commercial & Investment Banking Payments Platforms, you will define and deliver platform-wide solutions that support multiple teams and use cases. You will own defined product areas end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and iteration, while driving informed decisions across stakeholders.

This role requires strong ownership, independent execution, and the ability to navigate cross-team dependencies in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. You will align product initiatives to business goals, define measurable outcomes, and deliver scalable, high-impact platform capabilities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of platform capabilities from discovery through launch and continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain a prioritized product roadmap aligned to business objectives, customer needs, and platform strategy
  • Translate customer and partner requirements into clear product direction, including problem definition, scope, and prioritization
  • Define success metrics, OKRs, and measurement plans to ensure initiatives deliver measurable outcomes
  • Develop and maintain product artifacts including PRDs, user stories, workflows, requirements, and release communications
  • Lead discovery sessions and workshops to clarify problems, define workflows, and enable decision-making
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and execution
  • Manage cross-team dependencies and governance processes to unblock delivery and ensure timely execution
  • Use data and analytics to inform prioritization, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Operate within Agile frameworks, including backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery coordination
  • Adapt plans and priorities based on evolving business needs while maintaining focus on value delivery

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or a related role delivering platform or customer-facing capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to independently own product areas and deliver outcomes in cross-functional, matrixed environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate decisions, trade-offs, and recommendations
  • Working knowledge of product development lifecycle and Agile practices (backlog management, sprint planning, execution)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to define metrics and use data to inform decisions
  • Experience translating complex requirements into structured product deliverables and actionable plans

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience using SQL for data analysis and exploration
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms and measurement frameworks (e.g., Adobe Analytics, event tracking)
  • Experience building or managing shared platform capabilities (e.g., UI patterns, navigation, content systems, communications)
  • Strong facilitation skills, including leading workshops for discovery and alignment
  • Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives across complex stakeholder environments and interdependent teams
