As a Vice President, Product Business Manager, in the Merchant Services Small and Medium Business Product team, you support product leadership in delivering strong business management, financial planning, and execution across the product portfolio. You act as a central coordinator, ensuring clear priorities, effective governance, and consistent communication. You help translate complex information into executive-ready insights that enable decision-making and drive performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day business management of the product portfolio, tracking priorities, deliverables, and timelines
  • Manage product roadmaps to ensure alignment with business goals and delivery schedules
  • Track execution of product initiatives, launches, and pilot programs, including risks and dependencies
  • Drive accountability and follow-through across cross-functional stakeholders
  • Manage leadership operating cadence, including meetings, reviews, and planning cycles
  • Coordinate meeting inputs, agendas, decisions, and action tracking
  • Partner with engineering and platform teams to support prioritization of product and technology initiatives
  • Collaborate with finance and product teams on forecasting, budgeting, and financial tracking
  • Monitor performance against plans, identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities
  • Develop business cases for new product initiatives, including scenario analysis
  • Create executive-ready materials and presentations to support alignment and decision-making

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 5 years of experience in business management, product operations, financial planning, or a related role
  • Experience supporting product or technology-driven organizations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Experience creating presentations for senior leadership
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across functions and levels

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in payments, merchant services, or small and medium business segments
  • Experience with financial forecasting and business case development
  • Familiarity with data and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools
