As a Product Manager – Consumer Banking Deposits in the Consumer Banking team, you will lead the development of new offers, shopping and Account opening capabilities and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle.

Acting as the voice of the customer, you will define strategy, drive execution, and deliver scalable, resilient solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams. You will help drive the adoption of AI capabilities across the product, including prompt-building best practices and automation of workflows using Agent Builder to improve efficiency, controls, and customer outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategy aligned to customer needs and business priorities
  • Lead discovery, user research, and market analysis to inform roadmap and solution design
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value delivery and strategic alignment
  • Translate strategy into clear requirements, epics, and user stories for development teams
  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle execution (planning, delivery, launch, optimization)
  • Establish and track KPIs across cost, functionality, risk, reliability, and customer outcomes
  • Drive adoption of enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to improve productivity and decision quality, with appropriate data handling and human-in-the-loop validation
  • Identify high-impact AI use cases, define success metrics, and align stakeholders on adoption
  • Design and automate workflows using Agentic AI (or similar tools), including orchestration, guardrails, monitoring, and exception handling
  • Establish standards for AI-enabled workflows ensuring traceability, auditability, and alignment with security and resiliency expectations. Develop and maintain prompt standards (patterns, evaluation, versioning, reuse) to ensure safe and consistent usage
  • Partner with Engineering, Data, Controls, and Operations to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-quality solutions

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or related domain
  • Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, strategy, and delivery. Strong customer-centric mindset with ability to translate insights into product outcomes
  • Strong prompt engineering capability (design, testing, evaluation, documentation) with experience in professional tools like Claude, Copilot, others
  • Experience designing automated workflows using Agent Builder or similar orchestration tools. Experience applying AI capabilities (e.g., Med-Adv AI using tools like Copilot, Claude etc.) to define use cases, workflows, and success metrics
  • Familiarity with AI product practices (prompt evaluation, human-in-the-loop design, lifecycle management)
  • Experience working in Agile environments and breaking down complex problems into deliverable components
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders and influence decision-making
  • Experience in product delivery, deployment, and change readiness
  • Ability to evaluate AI-assisted outputs and ensure alignment with security, resiliency, and governance expectations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex environment with ability to drive critical initiatives forward.
  • Experience in Consumer marketing, shopping and offers domain will be a plus
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and documentation
  • Understanding of AI risk, governance, and controls in regulated environments
  • Strong attention to detail in requirements, analysis, and documentation
