Join the team that manages product reference data across Wholesale Payments and partners with business platforms to integrate and use it across onboarding and service workflows.
As a Senior Product Delivery Associate within the Client Onboarding and Service team, you will co-own the delivery of product capabilities in a stable and scalable way while navigating complex data and process challenges. . You will manage several data populations and ensuring their alignment, enabling consistent and reliable product delivery. You will handle multiple priorities and be accountable for successful completion, while supporting governance driven change initiatives and resolving product delivery challenges, including those related to Product Catalog content releases. You will also document operating procedures and processes in accordance with governance guidelines, contributing to a controlled and compliant environment.
Job responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Delivery Manager to execute key delivery tasks, improve operational efficiencies, and drive structured Product Governance and release execution processes
- Support the execution of change management activities across functional partners, ensuring adherence to governance standards, risk and controls, and regulatory requirements across Product Setup and release cycles
- Identify and escalate blockers and dependencies to the Product Delivery Manager, supporting effective prioritization, resource alignment, and release timelines
- Partner closely with client service, implementation teams, and key stakeholders to understand business needs, identify trends, and inform improvements to product processes and execution frameworks
- Develop subject matter expertise across core applications and Product Catalog processes to proactively identify risks, control gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and various governance artifacts that support change intake, prioritization, and final approvals, ensuring transparency and traceability across Product Catalog release and change management processes
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience in product management, operations, or a relevant domain area, with demonstrated ability to support governance, change management, and product delivery processes

Strong working knowledge of product platform operations, data governance, and controlled release environments (e.g., Quality Assurance (QA), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), & Production (PROD)
- Ability to manage and track work through tools such as JIRA, including user stories, intake processes, and prioritization
- Hands-on experience utilizing Alteryx and SharePoint to support data analysis, reporting, controls tracking, and workflow management
- Self-starter able to operate in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and cross-functional environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and control adherence
- Creative problem solver with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and drive practical, scalable solutions
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and support alignment across teams
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Experience supporting operating models or governance frameworks in complex environments
