Job Summary

As a Testing & Evaluation Analyst Lead in Digital Document Services, you will define and deliver modernized testing strategies focused on automation and AI-enabled solutions. You will lead testing execution, partner with global stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in quality through innovative and scalable testing practices.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of automated and AI-driven testing strategies
  • Drive adoption of modern testing tools, frameworks, and practices
  • Define testing standards, governance, and best practices
  • Guide teams in implementing automation and AI-based testing approaches
  • Partner with stakeholders to align testing strategy with business objectives
  • Continuously improve testing maturity through innovation and data-driven insights

  • Strong experience leading automated testing initiatives
  • Knowledge of AI-driven testing techniques and tools
  • Experience designing scalable testing frameworks
