As a Forecast Execution Associate within P&A supporting CCB Auto, you will spend each day partnering with stakeholders across CCB to execute forecasts, automate processes, and systematize data to improve speed and reliability. You will be responsible for supporting process re-engineering that increases management flexibility while maintaining timely results, and for enabling execution excellence, user education, and continuous efficiency improvement across forecasting workflows.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in forecasting and analyzing trends in business drivers, balance sheet, and income statement across stress testing forecasts and business planning.
- Manage and analyze strategic business inputs and assumptions used in forecasting models.
- Analyze performance and revenue drivers to influence forecasting model choice decisions.
- Support Sub-LOBs and Corporate and Others partners (e.g., Challenger, Business Control Officers, MRGR) on capital stress testing, forecasting, and optimization projects.
- Create executive presentations summarizing forecast results, key issues/risks, and responses to ad-hoc requests.
- Perform quality control and secondary reviews for key deliverables, including CCAR narratives prepared by CCB sub-LOBs.
- Support CCB stress testing processes, including strategic forecasting activities.

Drive forecast automation and improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and alignment to target-state platforms.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Master in finance or economics / CA / CFA / Master in Business Administration / PGDBM from top Tier institute is required
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience in finance and related domain
- Strong analytical skills and presentation skills
- Technical experiences – SQL, BI tools, PPT, and advanced Excel
- Excellent and proven communication skills, both written and verbal
- Perform under high stress and fast paced environment
- Strong track record of delivering challenging initiatives using advanced program/product/function management skillset
- Excellent relationship skills, highly collaborative – can build rapport and credibility quickly with all levels of the organization
- Detailed oriented, organized, process oriented & control mindset
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Shift Timings - 2pm -11pm IST. This may vary due to business requirements
- Previous experience in FP&A, Finance Analytics, finance modelling or Business valuations is a plus
