As a COS Business Analytics & Insights Associate in Commercial Banking Finance & Business Management (F&BM), you play a pivotal role in supporting the Client Onboarding & Servicing (COS) organization. You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver executive presentations, analyze business metrics, and drive strategic initiatives. Your work ensures visibility into key business drivers and empowers decision-making across the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB).

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare executive presentations that synthesize financials and data into cohesive stories
  • Design management reporting packages to communicate business results transparently and concisely
  • Create executive-level presentations using PowerPoint PitchPro+
  • Coordinate deliverables with business managers, finance, project managers, and F&BM teams
  • Analyze large datasets, assess KPI trends, and develop impactful analysis to inform COS strategy
  • Partner with COS and CIB F&BM to budget and forecast headcount and direct expenses
  • Participate in activity-based costing processes to allocate expenses across lines of business
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Collaborate and partner with peers across business and staff areas to achieve goals

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience analyzing financial and operational data and translating insights into clear business narratives
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, including building executive-ready presentations and reporting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and build effective working relationships
  • Strong analytical judgment, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience with BI tools, databases, and SQL querying
  • Ability to interpret and present complex data
  • Strong relationship-building skills with business stakeholders
  • Inquisitive personality with a passion for continuous improvement
