As a Fund Servicing Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in our fund servicing operations. Your primary focus will be on executing routine transactions and collaborating with various teams. You will also apply your knowledge of fund servicing to ensure smooth operations, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements. Job responsibilities
- Support investor onboarding activities for Private Equity funds, including initial fund launches and subsequent closing cycles
- Maintain and update investor-related data such as bank/wire instructions, contact details, and static/accounting information across relevant systems
- Manage and execute the distribution of fund notices to investors in accordance with client requests
- Perform end-to-end quality checks on all updates to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with defined procedures
- Assist in training and onboarding of new team members, providing process guidance and support as required
- Proactively identify, communicate, and escalate issues or risks to the Manager in a timely manner
- Contribute to client deliverables and participate in internal and ad hoc projects as assigned
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of experience in data maintenance, asset servicing, or transaction processing roles

- Strong professional approach with a proactive mindset and solution-oriented attitude
- High attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while adhering to established procedures
- Ability to operate with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with strong ownership and follow-through
- Exposure to client onboarding and/or AML/KYC operations is preferred
- Familiarity with systems such as Investran and Data Exchange will be an advantage
