As a Product Manager in Offer Platforms, you play a pivotal role in developing innovative product offerings and leading the end-to-end product life cycle. You act as the voice of the customer, guiding profitable products that deliver real value. You leverage your expertise to launch new products, gather feedback, and ensure exceptional client experiences. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and high-quality solutions.
Job responsibilities
- Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers
- Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that supports the strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Build frameworks and track key success metrics such as cost, features, risk posture, and reliability
- Partner with product and technical teams to align roadmaps and prioritize work
- Create requirements from high-level business needs through to technical execution, partnering with stakeholders
- Analyze data independently to ensure requirements are clear and forward-thinking
- Build partnerships to continuously enhance the offer ecosystem through collaboration
- Engage leadership for support, updates, and partnership through challenges
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Ability to process complex technical subject matter and translate it into business solutions
- Experience formulating and communicating clear product strategies in both written and verbal form
- Ability to efficiently collaborate with a wide range of partners to develop and deliver product plans
- Experience working with technical teams to define priorities, requirements, and share roadmap updates
- Demonstrated experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with card offers, shopping platforms, or related financial products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
