As a Product Manager for the Business Central Area Product, you will play a crucial role in the SMB Client & Frontline Experiences (SMB CFX) organization. You will be responsible for creating dynamic solutions that enhance connectivity across channels, boost banker productivity, and provide efficient experiences for business clients and frontline teams.

In this high-visibility area product team, you will lead efforts to enable banker productivity and client relationship growth, supporting SMB CFX’s mission to build trust with the frontline through innovative tools. You will collaborate with engineering, data science, product, design, legal, and other business lines to define objectives and strategies, managing dependencies to deliver integrated solutions. Your role involves translating banker and client needs into scalable capabilities adopted across channels and roles. You will partner with the Area Product Owner to build and execute a multi-year product vision, launch innovative products, and ensure exceptional client experiences.

Job responsibilities

  • Partner with Area Product Owner and Product Managers to develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to our business clients and frontline teams
  • Identify, implement and monitor continuous process improvements across the area product
  • Ensure adherence to risk and quality controls as well as promote cross-product engagement
  • Lead team members across the quad to conduct discovery efforts and research to uncover solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Lead team members across the quad to create and maintain a product backlog that supports the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Lead team members across the quad to complete project tollgates such as communication, training, readiness, etc.
  • Contribute to and promote the framework for tracking the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • High judgment and resilience in fast‑paced environments; demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, manage trade‑offs, and make timely decisions
  • Strong executive communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation—with the ability to convey complex topics succinctly to key stakeholders

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience leading products in a large, highly matrixed financial services or technology organization, with exposure to Business Banking or frontline enablement domains
  • Preferred experience supporting more than one CCB Operations Function/Line of Business
