As a Campaign Management Associate in Marketing Growth and Innovation, you lead the day-to-day execution of credit card marketing campaigns across channels. You coordinate timelines, stakeholders, and approvals to deliver work on time and to standard. You continuously improve processes while balancing customer experience, speed to market, and strong risk and control practices.

Job responsibilities

  • Execute credit card marketing campaigns aligned to product positioning, offers, and placement strategies
  • Manage creative development and coordinate campaign assets across supported channels
  • Lead end-to-end workflows, timelines, and approvals to ensure on-time delivery
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and timely decisions
  • Apply a customer-first lens to support a consistent, high-quality experience
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements that increase efficiency and reduce cycle time
  • Validate accuracy across creative, offer, and execution details before launch
  • Document campaign requirements, decisions, and approvals clearly and consistently
  • Monitor execution progress and proactively resolve risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Ensure campaigns meet regulatory requirements and internal review standards
  • Follow established procedures to support strong risk and control practices

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of campaign management or project management experience in marketing, advertising, media, agency, or creative strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align partners
  • Proven problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity
  • Collaborative working style with strong interpersonal skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset and comfort adopting new tools and ways of working
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to consider the end-to-end customer experience
  • Demonstrated commitment to risk awareness, controls, and compliance in customer-facing work

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in credit card or broader financial services marketing
  • Experience supporting multi-channel campaigns, including email and direct mail
  • Experience improving workflows and operational processes across marketing execution
  • Familiarity with creative development and approval workflows in regulated environments
