As a Product Manager supporting Business Banking Lending, you will own the data product vision and roadmap that enables Lending teams to operate with stronger reporting, deeper analytics, and more disciplined, data-driven decisioning. You will define and manage the end-to-end lifecycle for Lending data capabilities - from discovery and prioritization through delivery and adoption - ensuring that data generated across Lending is consistently managed for performance reporting, analytics, and continuous product improvement. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you will partner closely with technology, analytics, and cross-functional stakeholders to build capabilities that improve data quality and enable automated quality checks to reduce manual controls and operational friction.

Job responsibilities

  • Defines the data product strategy and vision for Lending, translating Lending priorities into a clear, sequenced roadmap of data capabilities .
  • Owns the discovery process for Lending data needs, including stakeholder interviews and workflow analysis, and converts insights into well-defined epics, user stories, and measurable outcomes.
  • Establishes and governs the product backlog for data-related work supporting Lending, balancing speed-to-value with operational readiness, risk posture, and long-term platform health.
  • Drives a more data-driven product operating model by standardizing key definitions and metrics, improving data accessibility and usability, and enabling self-service insights where appropriate.
  • Ensures Lending data is managed to support downstream consumption, including reporting and analytics use cases, and facilitates feedback loops that identify opportunities for ongoing product and process improvement.
  • Builds capabilities that strengthen data quality management, including requirements for monitoring, alerting, and automated data quality checks, and partners with engineering to implement durable controls.
  • Defines and tracks success metrics for the data roadmap, including reliability, timeliness, completeness, data quality, adoption, and operational efficiency impacts.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, data product management, or a closely related domain.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, including discovery, requirements definition, delivery planning, and value realization.
  • Working knowledge of data technologies and practices (e.g., data pipelines, data modeling concepts, data quality management, metadata, and analytics enablement) sufficient to drive prioritization and informed trade-offs with engineering and analytics partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity, align stakeholders on scope and sequencing, and deliver durable capabilities with clear adoption and outcomes.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
  • Experience building and scaling data capabilities for regulated financial services domains (e.g., lending, credit, servicing, or risk), including an understanding of the operational and control expectations for data used in reporting and analytics.
