As a Benefits Operations Analyst in the EMEA Human Resources Operations function, you will support monthly, quarterly, and annual benefits operations processes for EMEA-based employees. You will ensure benefits data accuracy across systems, prepare payroll inputs and verification, respond to employee and vendor queries within service levels, and maintain operational documentation. You will partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver accurate outcomes and support process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
Job responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy of benefits data across payroll, benefits platforms, and internal record systems
- Manage daily activity in the team mailbox and respond to employee, vendor, and stakeholder queries within service level agreements
- Respond to and process employee benefits queries in the case management system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Partner with external benefits vendors and internal stakeholder teams, including Payroll, local HR partners, Employee Relations, and other HR functions
- Prepare benefits instructions for payroll processing and complete post-payroll verification
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures and checklists to support consistent, compliant delivery
- Review and process benefits-related invoices on time and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders
- Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and control
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience working in an operational, deadline-driven environment with strong ownership and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, conditional formatting, data validation, and error checking)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with colleagues at different levels and liaise effectively with external vendors
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
- Commitment to learning and continuous development
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience supporting HR operations, payroll, or benefits processes
- Experience using case management and workflow tools in an operational environment
- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives or documenting operational procedures
