Job responsibilities
- Define and own product strategy, roadmap, and business requirements for the Deposit Product portfolio, aligned to market opportunities and firm objectives
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to support delivery against strategic roadmap and value proposition
Partner with Sales and stakeholders to identify new opportunities through customer discovery, user research, and competitive analysis - Lead product development lifecycle activities, including ideation, design, launch, and post-launch optimization
- Evaluate upstream and downstream impacts of product enhancements to ensure seamless integration across the ecosystem
- Drive user research (journey mapping, usability testing, market analysis) to identify and prioritize high-value features
Monitor and analyze key product metrics (adoption, utilization, portfolio performance, rate sensitivity/betas) to inform decisions - Conduct portfolio analysis to identify trends, client behaviors, and revenue optimization opportunities
- Own and evolve pricing frameworks for deposit products, including governance, rate plans, and performance guardrails
- Partner with Treasury and Finance to incorporate balance sheet and liquidity considerations into product strategy and pricing
- Lead commercialization and operating readiness (sales enablement, rollout planning, feedback loops) to drive adoption and execution
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience in product management, treasury services, or a related domain
- Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, including design and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities (discovery, ideation, development, launch, and optimization)
- Strong analytical and data literacy skills, with ability to translate insights into strategic decisions
- Experience executing complex, large-scale analytical processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in liquidity/cash management, wholesale deposits, or transaction banking
- Understanding of deposit products and pricing dynamics (e.g., ECR, interest-bearing structures)
- Demonstrated ability to manage product performance using KPIs (e.g., portfolio performance, adoption, rate sensitivity)
- Proven ability to influence across a highly matrixed organization (Sales, Treasury, Finance, Risk, Operations, Technology)
- Strong executive communication skills, including business cases, decision memos, and stakeholder updates
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience working in large, highly matrixed financial institutions or technology organizations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Background in liquidity management or transaction banking product roles
- Experience supporting process improvements or system migrations
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python)
- Familiarity with pricing governance frameworks in regulated environments
