As a Product Delivery Manager on the IGA team, you will engage with stakeholders across business, product, architecture and product delivery teams to develop the product backlog for one or more products that are used to support Identity Access Lifecycle management. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. The Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization provides access control governance and Identity Services for all lines of business (LOBs) globally, providing the right access to the right people at the right time for all technology platforms and applications, and provides a comprehensive set of applications, tools, and staff to globally implement, monitor and manage technology risk solutions. The Identify Governance and Administration team delivers solutions to manage the lifecycle management of the access security configuration (Identity & Account Management). The primary focus being on standardization of the ecosystem used for managing identity and access request, provisioning, certification, and reconciliation. As a Product Delivery Manager on the IGA team the candidate will engage with stakeholders across business, product, architecture and product delivery teams to develop the product backlog for one or more products that are used to support Identity Access Lifecycle management.

Job responsibilities

  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  • Define and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing competing priorities and managing evolving business needs
  • Contribute to product roadmap development and execution, including clear communication of updates and changes
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering, and design teams to evaluate enhancements and deliver product vision
  • Engage clients and users to gather requirements, facilitate feedback sessions, and conduct product demos
  • Build alignment across stakeholders, providing guidance on risks, trade-offs, and strategic priorities
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including use cases, requirements, and supporting artifacts for delivery
  • Drive end-to-end product delivery, including testing oversight, issue resolution, training, and adoption of new functionality

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent experience
  • Strong ability to decompose complex problems into actionable solutions and effectively present recommendations across all levels
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, concise messaging
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong leadership, relationship-building, and influencing capabilities

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience within the SDLC, with exposure to Agile methodologies preferred
