As a Senior Product Associate at JPMorgan Chase as part of the Commercial & Investment Bank's Liquidity & Account Solutions Product unit, you contribute to product discovery, delivery, and optimization for intraday liquidity and account solutions. You use user research, customer feedback, and product metrics to inform the roadmap and improve existing offerings. You partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver features that improve usability, transparency, and control readiness. You assess upstream and downstream impacts of new capabilities to protect end-to-end client and operational outcomes in a global, continuous-operating environment.

This role supports a transformation of how intraday liquidity is defined, measured, and made available across regions. You help identify high-value opportunities through journey mapping, stakeholder input, and market analysis. You translate complex business and technical concepts into clear documentation that enables delivery teams to execute efficiently. You contribute to disciplined measurement of outcomes to guide iteration and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Product Manager to identify product opportunities through user research, customer feedback, and market discovery.
  • Translate research insights into clear problem statements, prioritized backlog items, and roadmap inputs.
  • Evaluate upstream and downstream impacts of new features to protect the overall product experience and operational outcomes.
  • Define requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable effective delivery and testing.
  • Track delivery and outcome metrics across schedule, cost, and quality targets throughout the product development life cycle.
  • Support journey mapping and workflow analysis to identify friction points and quantify improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment on scope, dependencies, risks, and release readiness.
  • Communicate decisions, progress, and trade-offs through concise documentation and stakeholder updates.
  • Contribute to post-release reviews by capturing learnings and recommending improvements based on measured results.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a closely related role (or equivalent expertise).
  • Knowledge of the product development life cycle, including discovery, requirements definition, delivery, and iteration.
  • Experience collecting or supporting user research and translating insights into product requirements.
  • Experience writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret product and delivery metrics to support prioritization and decision-making.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including producing clear, concise documentation.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience performing requirements discovery, documentation, and elaboration with multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Knowledge of payments or settlement products and their relationship to funds control and/or credit concepts.
  • SQL and data analysis experience for independent validation and metric investigations.
  • Experience working as part of cross-functional and global teams.
